The implementation of electronic certification has great significance,under the background of“Internet+ Government Services".Electronic certification not only can improve office efficiency,but also can provide more convenient services for common people.It is important to design and implement electronic certification management system.The applications aimed primarily at electronic certification have the requirement of data storage and data sharing.Meanwhile,the reliability?security?creditability and integrity of data is strictly required.In this thesis,the Electronic Certification Management System Based on BlockChain is presented.The management system ensures storaging and querying mass data?sharing data between different areas and departments?ensuring the safety and credibility of data.So,the electronic certification management system can offer convenient?easy and practical e-license service.Concretely speaking,some results as below are obtained in this thesis:? Blockchain is introduced in the design of the electronic certification management system.In this thesis,the design proposal of the system is presented.It can improve the security of the electronic certification management system and the creditability and consistency of data.? In this thesis,we design and implement the module of blockchain based on Hyperledger Fabric 1.0,including the module of peer management,smart contract management and ledger management.? We use blockchain to design and implement the module of electronic certification,including metadata management?electronic certification upload and query.Smart contracts are designed to achieve above functions.? The implementation of blockchain modules and electronic certification modules based on blockchain are finished.And modules are validated in the actual system.
