Study On Human Resouce Management And Implementation Of Information System Of Huaneng Real Estate Corporation

Human Resources are the largest capital of any business. Human resources management is of great significance for the enterprise’s survival and development, especially for state-owned enterprises. Along with the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, the importance of Human Resource Management is more and more obvious to state-owned enterprises. Human Resource Management has become an important factor of the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. Today, how to attract talent, to use and develop human resources rationally, to further enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, has become the strategy scheme for the state-owned enterprises to seek survival and development.Along with the deepening reforms of state-owned enterprises step by step, more and more enterprises now are using information system to build their internal human resources management networks. So why and how to construct human resources management information system has become a major question.This thesis describes the problems in the human resources management of Shandong Huaneng Real Estate Development Corporation, which the author works in. Before building the information system, I made a particular research for the corporation’s business processes and acquaint myself with the human resource management. This thesis has emphasized on describe how the Human Resource Management System are analyzed and designed, which consisted of the system principium research, demanding analysis of HRMS, the analysis of operation progress and data progress and a lot of design including the whole system structure, data structure and database.Currently this system mainly uses for implementing the administer manages all the employees in corporation efficiently, and implements searching and inserting and modifying and deleting for the information of all employees, issuing important notice and lately personnel information, bylaws and so on. In a word, this system realizes the information of Human Resource Management of the corporation.
