At this stage, with the continuous advance of China’s urban transformation andconstruction of the urban population and rapid growth, living with the Urban Renewal ofconstruction and development, reengineering and restructuring of the Central BusinessDistrict Development and construction of urban land utilization andincrease, decreasing thedistance between buildings, residential sunshine less and less time, improve land utilization toimprove and to improve the increasingly acute contradictions between the urban livingenvironment. With the deepening of the three-dimensional sunshine and analysis system, thetraditional hand calculation methods and sunlight analysis system based on the CAD platformfor secondary development has been difficult to meet the urban planning program, fast, accurate, and easily sunshine analysis requirements. Therefore, this paper proposes the use ofOpenGL and3D modeling3D buildings sunshine analysis system.Firstly, analysis to study the original two-dimensional CAD sunshine analytical methodsand the existing three-dimensional sunshine analytical methods to study the existing sunlightanalysis algorithm to explore within a given time, building dynamic shadows calculationmethods, buildingbetween block.Secondly,3D Max2010create a simple3D building models, texture mapping. At thesame time, in-depth study of the OpenGL low-level graphics algorithms, and use the OpenGLpowerful graphics rendering,3D scene simulationFinally, with Visual C++development environment, using the MFC class library designand development of three-dimensional building sunshine analysis system, to achieve a3Dbuilding model scene roaming, as well as the bright sunshine duration calculation, sunshineand shadow analysis functions.
