SFDA regulation in the Eleventh Five Year Plan period of3511"project, theadministrative license management information system is one of the importantsystems; it is converted to the administrative licensing system specification(organization, processes, responsibilities, etc.)approval processes, informationsystems, rules and control procedures, procedures for approval and automationsupervision, to avoid interference and sabotage by subjective human factors, timelypublic notice of the review, approval, by the traces of the approval processmanagement, accountability, data exchange andshared operational synergies, a tabletype declaration, an accepted platform, one-stop service and a comb for approval.In this project, I participated in the system requirements analysis, design, development,testing and commissioning and maintenance work. My mainly responsible are theapproval of the engine and the form engine and warning of engine design anddevelopment work; and use of public modular design and the development of theInternet for approval subsystem.The main content of this paper is the Design and Implementation of the Food andDrug Administration administrative license management information systems. Thepaper is divided into introduction, the administrative licensing finishing methods andrequirements analysis, system functions, system functions and system testing fivechapters. First, the background of the project described in the introduction.Administrative licensing finishing methods and demand analysis sections of the StateFood and Drug Administration and the administrative licensing business, the overallanalysis to determine the combing of the administrative licensing business, and thento sort out the matters under administrative license, to determine their specificprocesses and process node functional requirements. Design sections of the systemfunction to determine the overall structure of the system, to extract the reusable part ofthe system, the formation of a public module, re-use of public module to achieve thespecific matters of administrative license. Public module in the system and subsystemdevelopment process described in the sections of the system functions. Finally, testthe entire system described in the system test sections.
