Based On J2EE Administrative Service Approval Platform Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of modern information technology,all professions have been highly integrated with it.The government is evolving from the traditional one to the modern one.The administrative examination and approval system is the key way to realize the transformation of the government function and enhance the administrative efficiency.Therefore,it is imperative to establish a practical,efficient and reliable administrative examination and approval system.The research of this thesis is based on the business requirements of Changli County Administrative Service Center,and the design and implementation of J2EE-based administrative service approval system is completed according to the actual situation and the business characteristics of various business and business approval process.This system is able to achieve the administrative examination and approval work of the network,information,standard county government service center business operation management,to facilitate the masses to work,so as to further enhance the image of the central service.In the demand analysis stage,the use case relationship description,draw domain class diagrams,defining functional and non-functional requirements are completed through UML(Unified Modeling Language,UML)under the premise of fully interpretation of job responsibilities and user needs.Through the requirement analysis and the architecture style,the system uses the Bowers/Server structure,and the J2 EE multi-tier architecture to deploy the Web service,the business logic service and the database service separately,and draws the component diagram,arrangement plan,timing diagram,and state diagram by the use of UML description language,.The system design includes three core functions: administrative service approval function,business management function,and platform management function.Moreover,it also set up queuing management function and information resource service function as a secondary(auxiliary)function.Among them,the administrative examination and approval service functions are divided into single-window business approval,multi-window linkage approval and parallel approval to meet the various business approval requirements.In the implementation phase,the presentation layer of this system adopts HJCA(HTML,JavaScript,CSS,Ajax,HJCA)to realize the dynamic interaction between users and the system,thus improving the system's friendliness and operability.The control layeruses Struts 2.0 to complete the system operation control and the data exchange between the presentation layer and the business logic layer.As the core layer,EJB3.0 is used to achieve business logic.The development environment of this system uses Oracle Weblogic business logic to run debugging,publishing,etc.,and Oracle 12 g as the database.Finally,this article shows some of the main functions of the system interface page effect with some functional description.
