Automotive electronics is an important branch of semiconductor technology, present, China’s independent intellectual property rights in this area is still relatively small, especially in the automotive electronics chips, is heavily dependent on foreign imports, which seriously hampered the development of China’s automotive electronics industry. To break this situation, the subject of the tire pressure monitoring system (Tire Pressure Monitoring System, TPMS) commonly used in automotive electronic devices such as the entry point, its tire monitoring module chip-level research and design.The TPMS system by the energy transfer module, the tire monitoring module and the central processing modules, the subject is mainly responsible for tire monitoring module for SoC (System on Chip) design, concrete work, including:SoC in the control circuit design, SoC in the power management circuit design, and SoC’s overall design, the other in order to test for SoC verification, the design of the test platform. Control circuit which uses the8051structure, partly based on LDO power management structure.TPMS in this project the way by inductively coupled wireless power, so called passive TPMS. Passive TPMS tire monitoring module in the2.7~3.3V power supply voltage fluctuations, fetal monitoring module to work within the current changes in the1μA~25mA, the power management according to this indicator circuit design and verification, the results meet the system requirements.
