HRM is a very important part of working in an organization. This thesisintroduces HRM system’s development and operating process in water conservancybusiness. This system enables managers and staff free from manual labor, therefore,they can dedicate themselves into solving more complicated strategic problems withhigh efficiency.The first part introduces the research background and significance of HRMsystem, the research of present situation and the main problem facing at home andabroad. On this basis, based on the actual work analyzes the water conservancyscientific research units of human resource in the overall business demand and thefunctional demand, as well as technologies frequently used applied in current HRMsystem development.Through demand analysis of the system, this thesis designs the general functionplanning, then layered architecture which is based on NET. The system consists ofpresentation layer, business logic layer and the permanent layer. And the security ofthe system requirements for the design and description. At last, the paper introducesthe development of the system used by all kinds of technology, by comparison,relevant to the system module to the introduction of decision tree technology.On the basis of systematic data analysis, the last part is about the operation of thesystem by adopting B/S development model and three-layered architecture, the SQLSERVER2005and IIS Server, with C#Language and ASP.NET platform as developerkits.Finally the thesis functionality and the functional testing, and show the typicalmodule system interface. Key to the loss of talented people to the show and analysismanagement module application testing, and selected the decision tree algorithm toclassify information loss employees. Mining leaving employees age, professional title,degree, sex and the relationship between the basic attributes.
