| This paper take the students in a floating population public schools as an example to filed studies, through the issuance of questionnaires, structured interviews, field observations, to obtain first-hand information, then use spss19.0statistical software to analysis data frequency, correlation analysis, T test, regression analysis and study the children’s adaptability to their school. The results showed that the social competence dimension of students in a public mobile schools is in general, which is include three sub-dimensions: interpersonal skills, self-management skills, academic skills acquisition. But behavioral dimension of anti-social behavior to adapt well. This paper study school adaptability of children in mixed public elementary schools and migrant school students through the method of literature adaptability study found that migrant children studying in mixed public elementary school social competence dimensions of servant interpersonal skills is acquisition of poor,and the self-management skills and academic skills learned in good condition, anti-social behavior dimension to adapt to the situation in general. Migrant children studying in migrant schools social competence dimension of adaptation is in poor condition, and antisocial behavior are also more poor too. In summary, it is concluded that Government, schools, teachers, parents need to work together to improve the school adaptability of migrant children. |
