In recent years,with the continuous development of economy and the accelerating process of urbanization,the education of the new generation of migrant workers and their children has become a hot issue.The basic way to implement the school education is the curriculum,the children adaptation to the curriculum and otherwise directly determine the effectiveness of the education of the children.In view of this,this article through the literature research method,interview method and case analysis method,analysis of the new generation of migrant workers' children in an in the course of adaptability problems and causes,countermeasures,on this basis,puts forward the measures to improve the children discomfort.First of all,from the four aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation of workers' children curriculum does not apply to the performance of the main are: Firstly,in the curriculum goal level,manifested as utilitarian learning and understanding of the target to narrow,goal setting dogmatically;Secondly,In the course content level,mainly for: Lack of awareness of curriculum content,Deviation from the understanding of curriculum text,Difficult to adapt to the school curriculum representation form;Thirdly,in the aspect of curriculum implementation,the main performance: the classroom teaching activity is not high,it is difficult to keep up with the pace of the modernization of teaching facilities,difficult to communicate without obstacles;Fourthly,In the level of curriculum evaluation,the main performance: in the“screening”and“light”become “poor student”in the exam,in the evaluation of the value of the deviation of the main obstacles to the heart.Secondly,from the "values" and "knowledge" and "education system and resources","family capital" in four aspects analyzes the workers' children course discomfort causes are: Firstly,in values,their children lack of understanding of the future prospective,Subjective constraints of teachers' curriculum understanding,The shackles of traditional values of parents;Secondly,in knowledge representation,the course content of "city" tendency,language under the influence of dialect characteristics;Thirdly,in education system and resources,examination oriented education evaluation system,ingrained entrance examination reform lags behind the school curriculum reform,target diversification is not obvious;Fourthly,in the family capital,worker children's family background,life,learning is restricted by the restriction of economic capital is right capital for life About.Again,from the three aspects of school,parents and students to put forward the countermeasures to solve workers' children discomfort: Firstly,courses at the school level,establish the goal of lifelong learning,enhance the dynamic development of integration of rural culture and city culture to promote students' self construction,the formation of "teaching" and "learning" interactive curriculum evaluation system in a harmonious atmosphere;Secondly,at the level of the parents,active participation and involvement,and strengthen child communication and interaction,and constantly improve their cultural literacy;Thirdly,in the student level,efforts to break the psychological barrier,change the traditional learning attitude,form a good habit of making friends.
