| With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the expansion of the number of migrant workers,the state has successively introduced a series of policies on compulsory education for migrant children.As the problem of migrant children’s enrollment has been alleviated,the quality of their education in the city has also been increasingly affected.Concerns and attention from all walks of life.Due to the instability of the profession and the low level of education,parents are often busy with their livelihoods and pay less attention to their children’s education problems.There are also some deviations in educational concepts and parenting styles,plus changes in the learning environment,learning content and learning requirements.In the process of learning,miarant children will have an unsuitable phenomenon,which is reflected in the fact that academic performance is not strong,learning attitude is not correct,and negative emotions are learned.Learning adaptability problems restrict the academic development and physical and mental growth of misrant children,which must be paid attention to and adjusted and improved in a targeted manner.In order to understand the current situation of the management of migrant children’s schools in M District of Tianjin,and to deeply explore the influencing factors and existing problems of the management of migrant children’s schools,this study selected the third and fourth grade students and some teachers and principals of the two primary schools in M District.The research subjects collected a large amount of data and information by means of questionnaires,structured interviews and participatory observations,and analyzed the current situation of learnina adaptability of migrant children and the actual situation of school manasement.On the basis of intesrated data and information,the tollowing conclusions are drawn:in the survey of the five dimensions of the questionnaire,migrant children generally perfomed better in terms of learning attitude,learning independence and perseverance,while in the lecture method,school environment adaptation and learning.There are poor performances iim the three dimensions of technology:there are significant difterences in the grades and genders of the students.The performance is that the students in the fourth erade perform better in all dimensions than the third grade students.The girls are more independent in learning than the boys.Mastering more learning techniques and having stronger learning ability;there are sianificant differences in the learning adaptability of migrant children in the two primary schools in M district.The scores of students in the A school located in the county are better than those in the B school in the town.This also reflects the differences in the management of migrant children in the two schools.Through a detailed analysis of the actual school experience and experience of each school,the author summarizes the problems in the management of the two primary schools for migrant children in the emergence stage:the policy is not in place,home The school is not well coordinated,the social support system is not perfect,and it is divided into four levels:state,society,school and family.The specific impact of these factors on school management.Based on the above analysis,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement and improvement of the management of migrant children’s schools from the perspective of the development of adaptive school management for migrant children,in the aspects of improving the management system of mobile children,the supply of family education and welfare,and relying on social forces.Through the implementation of family education guidance and school education counseling,and improve the social support system to promote the solution of migrant children’s learning adaptability,and accelerate the transformation of school management mode and management efficiency. |
