As the constructers and successors of our country, students should need knowledge-reserved and have good morality. The public spirit is part of the good morality of students. Also, it can effect on the healthy growth and development of them. So, based on the importance of the public spirit, we can find a problem that students lack in the public spirit through analysis. Then, we must pay enough attention to this problem and provide many strategies to cultivate the public spirit.First of all, it research the intension of the public spirit of middle school students in class management. We can interpret the relationship of the class management and the public spirit of students from two two aspects. One is that class management need the public spirit of students, and another is that class management has a specific sentimental value for the cultivating the public spirit of students.Then, at present, some problems exsit in the public spirit. Such as middle school students miss the public rational spirit, public participation, public participation, honest, tolerant and awareness of right and responsibility. So, through rethinking the problem, we can figure out the some factors can influence the public spirit. They include the culture of school, teaching curriculum, teachers and students. In conclution, some strages can be used to cultivate the public spirit. We must play the guiding function of school culture, enhance pertinence of courses, strengthen guidance of teachers and cultivate the independent learning ability of students. At last, the goal will be achieved.
