Test anxiety as a psychological reaction is a common phenomenon in today’s education system, studies have shown that moderate anxiety and stress can promote people play the actual level, there is a positive role, but excessive anxiety will reduce the learning efficiency and effectiveness of students.Also,it will affect the physical and mental health of students. At present.because of China’s large population and unfair distribution of teaching resources, test anxiety has become the main factors that affect students to study the level of play and induced exams psychological problems. Especially in recent years, after the high pressure of the examination of the high school students, junior middle school exam anxiety phenomenon has become not optimistic.As a social work professional student, the author of this article, take a part in the Junior Middle School Affiliated to Shandong University internship activities for a semester. During the internship, the test anxiety phenomenon of junior students has been analysized based on observation and participation in students’daily life. Students’ life style and stress have been captured by questionnaires sent out. In this article,the author try to ease the junior students’test anxiety by social work skills.and what’s more, it provides a chance for us to Analysis the feasibility of the combination of "psycho social workers" mode. |
