| This study explores the examination anxiety of junior high school students, analyzes whether the three training methods of mindfulness training, systematic desensitization training and the combination of the two training methods have different effects on test anxiety intervention, and provides more effective intervention methods for reducing the anxiety of middle school students.Using the "Examination Anxiety Scale for Middle School Students",a questionnaire survey was conducted among junior high school students in a junior high school in Taiyuan City, with 174 valid questionnaires.Then,120 effective subjects were recruited and randomly divided into four groups,30 in the control group,30 in the mindfulness training group,30 in the systematic desensitization training group, and 30 in the joint training group. The control group did not do any intervention, but the mindfulness training group conducted mindfulness training; The systematic desensitization treatment group underwent systematic desensitization therapy, and the joint training group participated in mindfulness training and systematic desensitization training on Tuesday and Friday respectively.Using the relevant test anxiety scale to detect the enrollment and screening of experimental subjects, those with scores greater than or equal to 75 points were defined as severe anxiety objects, accounting for 44.9%,the score between 50-74 points defined as medium anxiety objects, accounting for 27.1%,the score between 25-49 points was defined as mild anxiety objects, accounting for 22.4%,and those with scores between 0-24 points were defined as calm, accounting for 5.6%,and the test results found that most students had a certain degree of test anxiety. The level of test anxiety changed significantly before and after the intervention, among which the test anxiety level of the control group showed no significant change, and the test anxiety level of the mindfulness training experimental group, the systematic desensitization experimental group and the joint training group were significantly reduced.By using the results measured by the "Five-Factor Mindfulness Awareness Scale",it can be seen that the control group did not significantly change the level of mindfulness awareness measured before and after the scale without intervention, while the mindfulness training group and the joint training group were significantly improved through the scale after intervention.Conclusion:(1)At present, due to the impact of China’s diversion policy on the middle school entrance examination, the degree of exam anxiety of junior high school students has become more serious, and more than 72.2% of students are in a state of medium and high exam anxiety.(2)Systematic desensitization training, mindfulness training and joint training can effectively reduce candidates’ exam anxiety, among which, the effect of joint training is the best, the second is mindfulness training, and the third is systematic desensitization training. |
