Influenced by the novel coronavirus pneumonia,the learning styles of junior middle school students are changed,and they are faced with more learning pressure and test anxiety,and their attention shifts to negative emotions,which leads to the destruction of the individual cognitive processing system in the examination process,the increase of test anxiety level,and the neglect of academic achievement.Excessive test anxiety and the continuous input of negative information in the epidemic environment have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of junior high school students.Therefore,this study actively pays attention to students’ mental health problems,and puts forward effective education suggestions to alleviate students’ test anxiety.This paper uses questionnaire survey and interview research method to study 1000 students in Nanchong high school and Majie middle school.The measurement tools are social support rating scale,test anxiety scale and Adolescent Resilience Scale.The data are statistically analyzed by spss23.0 software.Through the results discussion,the relationship among social support,test anxiety and resilience of junior high school students is studied and verified Whether there is a mediating effect between social support and test anxiety of junior high school students.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Junior high school students’ social support and its three dimensions: subjective support is different in gender,and boys are higher than girls.Objective support exists in the location of registered residence,only child and grade.There are significant differences between objective support and utilization of support in grades.(2)The test anxiety level of junior high school students is higher than that of boys,and there is gender difference.(3)Junior high school students’ resilience level is above average.There are five dimensions of resilience and emotional control dimensions in junior middle school students.There are significant differences in gender,gender,and goal orientation,positive cognition,family support and interpersonal assistance registered residence.(4)There is a negative correlation between social support and test anxiety,a negative correlation between test anxiety and psychological resilience,and a positive correlation between social support and psychological resilience.(5)Social support and resilience can negatively predict junior high school students’ test anxiety.Resilience is a mediating variable,and there is a complete mediating effect between social support and test anxiety.Finally,the study puts forward educational suggestions from four aspects of students,parents,schools and society.(1)For students: actively adjust the mentality,improve the level of psychological resilience.(2)For parents: strengthen family education,establish a scientific concept of education.(3)For schools: to build a positive environment and stimulate students’ inner potential.(4)For the society: improve the social support system,cultivate positive psychological quality.
