From January1,2009onwards, the implementation of compulsory education in school performance salary, ensuring compulsory education teachers average wages below the local average wage level of civil servants, which is to improve the teachers treatment, to attract and encourage all kinds of talents from the long-term teaching, from a life-long education, promote the development of basic education has important significance. From this two years of our country is at the stage of compulsory education for teachers in the implementation of the performance appraisal system of the practical situation, the teacher performance appraisal system has obtained the certain result, but also needs to further improve. Based on the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign teacher performance evaluation on the basis of research results, through field investigation and study, put forward the stage of compulsory education teacher performance evaluation strategy conception, in order to better solve the current teacher evaluation problems and to better cope with the performance of the implementation of the wage system.
