The discretion of the teachers’ economic treatment is related to teacher’s teaching enthusiasm, initiative, the attraction of the industry related to teachers, teachers team construction. Teachers’ economic treatment embodies the economic status of teachers, for teachers’ professional evaluation is largely depends on their economic status. Improve teachers’ economic treatment is, as it were, to promote education development, promote social progress of a key link. In recent years, our country has been in continuous improvement positive status of primary and secondary school teachers, launched a series of related policies, the primary and secondary school teachers’ economic treatment improved? If there is a regional differences? This is to explore the problems in this paper.This article selects the differences in regional economic development in both urban and rural primary and secondary school teachers in jiangsu province and heilongjiang province as research object, the questionnaire survey was conducted to survey tools, and combined with individual interviews, understand the basic situation of teachers’ economic treatment, including wages, social insurance, housing, subsidies and allowances, etc., and understand the teachers’ economic treatment policy implementation and execution, comparative analysis and the differences in urban and rural teachers’ economic treatment, both to find the problems of primary and secondary school teachers’ economic treatment, and seek the reasons of the problem, find out the countermeasures to solve these problems.In this paper, structure mainly includes the following five aspects:The first chapter is introduction. The research origin, research of the article expatiates on the purpose and significance, research methods, define the benefits, economic benefits, such as the core concepts, for merit pay, teacher pay policy and so on research present situation has carried on the literature review.Chapter 2 theoretical basis. This chapter is the theoretical basis of the thesis, this paper mainly to Marx’s labor theory of value, compensation incentive theory and education equity theory as the theoretical basis, for the analysis of the causes of this paper provide theoretical support and the suggested strategies.The third chapter two provinces compulsory education teachers’ economic treatment survey analysis. This chapter is mainly using the self-made questionnaire were analyzed, and the recall of 1094 sorts through questionnaires and data analysis, and combined with the headmaster and teacher interviews, to understand the status quo of the present stage our country compulsory education teachers’ economic treatment.Chapter four provinces on the problems existing in the stage of compulsory education teachers’ economic treatment and reason analysis. This chapter is based on data analysis in chapter 3 of the fulcrum, mainly from the aspects of salary, welfare benefits and allowances and school teachers’ economic treatment is analyzed the existing problems, and from the government level, school level to the problem of the school teachers’ economic treatment cause analysis.Chapter five Suggestions to improve the stage of compulsory education school teachers’ economic treatment. This chapter is according to the existing problems of teachers’ economic treatment, targeted Suggestions, in order to improve the teachers’ economic treatment.
