Classical Chinese teaching strategy in junior high school is an important part ofChinese teaching and has also taken up an important place in it. But current classicalChinese teaching gets half of the result with twice effort and thus makes people feelworried. The result could not be satisfying. Based on this situation, this thesis elaboratesthe value, the task and the research meaning of classical Chinese teaching at first. And thenit analyzes the existing problems and related reasons from the aspects of teacher andstudent. Finally it points out how teacher and student should do to resolve the problems. Ihope my thoughts could be helpful to classical Chinese teaching in junior high school.The first chapter analyzes the values of classical Chinese teaching in junior highschool from social development, student’s development and Chinese subject’sdevelopment. And then it elaborates the task of classical Chinese lessons in junior highschool in the whole Chinese teaching.The second chapter mainly analyzes the existing problems and related reasons. First itanalyzes the crux of low efficiency in classical Chinese teaching. Then it tries to find outthe reason why this happens from the aspects of both teacher and student, which we calledtwo principal parts in teaching activity.The third chapter narrates the strategy how teacher should stimulate student’s interestson classical Chinese learning. Teacher should confirm the accurate teaching purpose andprepare proper content of courses. And then choose suitable teaching evaluation accordingto the real situation. Meanwhile teacher should also continue to study to improve their ownclassical Chinese attainment.
