Classical Chinese is a processed written language which based on the ancient Chinese and it is a article which consists of Chinese written language. As a carrier of Chinese culture, classical Chinese not only inherits the extensive and profound Chinese civilization, records the China’s thousands of years splendid civilization, but also has cultural value which inherits Chinese history. Classical Chinese can cultivate people’s hearts, cast people’s spirit and help the young to become a flesh and blood,righteous person, which embodies the ultimate care for human education. In the new curriculum reform, the teaching aims of classical Chinese are to train the students to inherit the excellent traditions of Chinese culture and to improve Chinese accomplishments.On the one hand, the teaching of classical Chinese in junior middle school is the foundation of senior high school; on the other hand,the teaching of classical Chinese in senior high school is the sublimation of junior middle school. Now, there is a poor connection between them. The paper uses document, reaserch, comparision,investigation and questionnaire to study the connections of classical Chinese between junior middle school and senior high school. The author hopes to have some guidance for the teaching of classical Chinese through this paper.The paper consists of six chapters. summary. Chapter one, current connections between junior middle school and senior high school. Chapter two, the reasons of poor connection. Chapter three, the teaching connection strategies. Chapter four,strategies exploration—take《visit Bao Chanshan》 for example.peroration.However, the present teaching of junior middle school and senior high school’s classical Chinese is two relatively independent teaching systems, neither it is in the new curriculum standard and textbook, or in the way of teaching and learning, there is a problem of poor connection. Through the questionnaire, the author understands that current students has a discrepancy among knowledge connection, learning ability connection and the learning psychology of classical Chinese,the author also understands that the teachers are not so good at the teaching methods and teaching concept. After a careful analysis of the questionnaire, the author believes such are themain reasons of discrepancy between junior middle school and senior high school:First, the teaching contents are different; Second, the material arrangements are different; Third, the important and difficult points are different; Finally, there are differences between learning psychology. For the unideal connection of classical Chinese between junior middle school and senior high school, the author believes we should do a good connection between knowledge,teachers’ concept, students’ learning methods, teaching steps, emotions, attitudes and values.
