BoShi Abdomen For Centricity Fueling The Effect Of Fat Cells In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Factor And Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: to compare the efficacy of boshi abdominal acupuncture and western medicine in the treatment of central obesity type 2 diabetes,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and application value of boshi abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of central obesity type 2 diabetes.This paper summarizes the clinical mechanism of treating this disease with boshi abdominal acupuncture,and puts forward a safe,effective and practical treatment method for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and western medicine group,with 40 patients in each group.In the western medicine group,basic treatment(diet and exercise)and oral routine hypoglycemic drugs were used,and one course of treatment was given in January according to the severity of the disease.Treatment group in the control group on the basis of treatment,the use of abdominal acupuncture therapy.Acupoint selection: three groups of acupoints,namely,qi guiyuan(zhongwan,xiwan,qi hai,guan yuan),abdomen siguan(double side slippery meat door,double side outer ling),and temperament adjustment(double side big horizontal).Every otherday,1 course of treatment in January,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The patient's height,weight,waist circumference and hip circumference were recorded at the beginning and end of the treatment.BMI,WHR and WHt R were calculated according to the formula.FPG,2h PG,glycosylated hemoglobin,INS0 h,c-peptide 0h,insulin INS2 h,c-peptide 2h,TC,TG,hdl-c,ldl-c,FFA,leptin,FGF21,PPAR score,PPAR score,adiponectin were monitored.ISI,homa-ir and homa-m were determined according to the formula.After the course of treatment,the curative effect was determined according to the guiding principles for clinical research of new Chinese medicine.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to treat the measurement data,and the measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(±s).T test was used to compare the measurement data of normal distribution,Wilcoxon rank sum test was used for non-normal distribution data,and the count data was expressed as rate(%).Wilcoxon rank sum test or chi-square test was used for inter-group comparison.Results :(1)compared before and after the treatment group,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,INS0h,c-peptide 0h,INS2 h,c-peptide 2h,ISI,homa-ir,homa-level,TC,TG,ldl-c,FFA,leptin,FGF21,PPAR score,PPAR score and adiponectin of the patients were significantly improved,and there were significant differences compared with those before the treatment group(P < 0.01).Body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR,WHt R,hdl-c also improved to some extent,but there was no difference compared with before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)the body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hipcircumference,WHR,WHt R,FPG,whtt2 hpg,Hb A1 c,INS0h,c-peptide 0h,ISI,homa-ir,homa-epitome,TC,TG,ldl-c,FFA,leptin,FGF21,PPAR score,PPAR score and adiponectin of the patients were significantly improved in the western medicine group(P < 0.01).INS2 h,c-peptide 2h and hdl-c were also improved to a certain extent,but there was no difference compared with before treatment(P > 0.05).(3)comparison between groups: the total effective rate was97.4% in the treatment group and 60.5% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of the treatment group in the treatment of central obesity type 2 diabetes was significantly better than that of the control group.There were significant differences in improvement of body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,BMI,WHR,WHt,FPG,2h PBG,INS0 h,c-peptide 0h,ISI,homa-ir,TC,TG,FFA,leptin,FGF21,PPAR measurement,PPAR score and adiponectin between the two groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.There was no significant difference in Hb A1 c,INS2h,2h of c-peptide,homa-nucleus,hdl-c,ldl-c,indicating that there was no significant difference in the improvement of Hb A1 c,INS2h,2h of c-peptide,homa-nucleus,hdl-c,ldl-c between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion: Bo Shi abdominal needle treatment centricity fueling has obvious clinical efficacy of type 2 diabetes,in weight loss,sugar,improve insulin resistance,lipid-lowering effect is outstanding,especially for waist circumference,fasting blood glucose,0 gtt2 h insulin,insulin resistance index,cholesterol,triglycerides,FFA,leptin,FGF21,PPAR alpha,PPAR gamma,the improvement of adiponectin indicators such as positive,and painless abdominal needle therapy,security,patient compliance is good,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
