Heel Pain Boshi Abdominal Needle Treatment Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:To observe the curative effect through abdominal acupuncture toward painful heel syndrome patientsMethod24cases (34heels)of Clinical observation is in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Dongzhimen Hospital. Take deep Yinqiguiyuan point, and then take moderate puncture of ipsilateral Wailing and the left Daheng, whi le take moderate puncture of Qixue in cases with liver and kidney deficiency and Qipang point in Qi stagnation and Blood stasis cases. Finally take heel corresponding area which is under about0.3points of Xiafengshixia point. The observation time was4weeks. In all cases as self-control, observation projects, including clinical efficacy and simplify accompanied by clinical symptoms of improvement in the McGill scale score and the course of treatment and patient discomfort record. Abdominal acupuncture treatment three times per week,10times as a course of five times after the rest4d continue treatment, treatment5times and10times, respectively, for efficacy evaluation.Result:After two courses of treatment,24patients (34feet) in patients with healed6feet (25.0%) were cured,22feet (64.7%), effective5foot (14.7%), invalid1foot (2.94%), the total efficiency is97.1%. various ratings were significantly different in Simplify McGill Scale pre-treatment and post-treatment,while accompanied clinical symptoms were also improved to varying degrees in the course of treatment.Conclusion:In abdominal acupuncture, take deep Yinqiguiyuan point, and moderate puncture of ipsilateral Wailing as well as left Daheng, while take moderate puncture of Qixue in cases with liver and kidney deficiency and Qipang point in Qi stagnation and blood stasis and heel corresponding area which is under about0.3points of Xiafengshixia point, can effectively release clinical symptoms and associated symptoms, as well as pain and emot ional state, and to improve the quality of life for patients.
