Androgen Alopecia Patient Doctor Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physique Survey And Analysis Of Related Factors

Objects:To describe the distribution regularity of constitutional types of Chinese medicine in androgenetic alopecia (AGA) population and analysis the characteristics of different social demography population through investigation of constitutional types of Chinese medicine in AGA population. Methods:Adopting the method of questionnaie issuing from October2011to July2012in Multi region,Using the standardized Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire (CCMQ) to evaluation the scores of all kinds of Constitutional types. Application Discriminant Analysis to distinguish the individual Constitutional types, and analysis the distribution regularity of constitutional types of Chinese medicine in AGA population. Results:1261cases were male while753cases were female. In the AGA population, Gentleness type accounted for56.70percent, eight pathological constitutions accounted for43.30percent, and the former four types of eight pathological constitutions were Yang-deficiency type (12.51%), Wet-heat type (9.14%), Qi-depression type (6.11%) and Yin-deficiency type (5.56%). The composition ratio of constitutional types in different geographical was different, Among7areas, the proportion of Gentleness type in Dongbei area was the lowest, the proportion of Yang-deficiency was higher in Dongbei and Hua’nan area, the proportion of Wet-heat type was higher in Dongbei, Hua’zhong area and Hua’dong area, the proportion of Qi-depression type was higher in Dongbei and xi’nan.26.32%pa t ient s encountered hair loss due to nega t i ve emotions like anxiety, depress ion. and poor sleep contributed to hair loss in33.76%patients while25.97%patients meet it due to high pressure, hair loss was initiated exacerbation in611patients due to poor sleep, in387patients due to high pressure,and in378patiens due to negative emotions. Conclusions:the main pathological types of AGA patient were Yang-deficiency type,Wet-heat type(9.14%), Qi-depression type (6.11%), the former two pathological constitutions types in male were Wet-heat type and Yang-deficiency type; the former two pathological constitutions types in female were Yang-deficiency type and Qi-depression type and the difference is significant.:the most common AGA type was type Ⅱ in female, poor sleep, anxiety, and high pressure played important roles in occurance and progressing.
