No statistical significance differences between treatment with the positive control group during the implantation window in the endometrial thickness and estrogen level, but from the level of progesterone and progesterone receptor aspect, the level of progesterone in treatment group was higher than that of the positive control group, the difference was statistically significant; while the treatment group and positive control group, PR expression were higher than that of normal women of the control blank group, but the expression of PR of the treatment group were lower than the positive control group, the difference was statistically significant.
