Clinical Study Of TCM Therapy Of Bushen Huayu And The Influence On The Expression Of TGF-?1,CTGF

Objective:By observing the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of Bushen Huayu method associated with the Western medicine artificial cycle for postoperative intrauterine adhesion separation on the recovery of main symptoms of menstruation,the relief of clinical TCM syndromes,the reduction of Intrauterine adhesion scores,the changes of endometrial thickness and morphology,and the influence on the expressions of TGF-?1 and CTGF on the endometrial tissue.To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM of intrauterine adhesions and to have the preliminary discussion on the mechanism of action.Programme:40 patients who were kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of intrauterine adhesion comformed to the inclusion criteria were divided randomly into two groups,20 cases of each group.Both of two groups were performed transcervical resection of adhesions(TCRA),and after the operation,the therapy group were treated with Bushen Huayu method combined with estrogen-progesterone sequential treatment,the control group wereonly treated with the western artificial cyclic therapy.And observing the clinical therapeutic effects of the recovery of main symptoms of menstruation,the improvement of clinical TCM syndromes,the reduction of Intrauterine adhesion scores,the changes of endometrial thickness and morphology,and the influence on the expressions of TGF-?1 and CTGF after three menstrual cycles.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group were 95%,as for the control group were 60%,the effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group has obvious advantages in terms of the main symptoms of menstruation improvement.(P<0.05).Compared the treatment group with the control group on the clinical TCM syndromes,the IUA score,the endometrial thickness in the corpus phase,the effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,with statistics meaning(P<0.05).After treatment,the expressions of TGF-?1 and CTGF on the endometrial tissue in the two groups were lower than the beginning(P<0.05),but the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)TCM of Bushen Huayu method associated with western artificial cyclic therapy has Obvious curative effect in improving the main symptoms of menstruation and reducing the IUA scores.(2)The treatment method of Bushen Huayu combined with estrogen and progesterone has a certain effect on relieving TCM symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and repairing damaged endometrium,and it can regulate the endocrine of patient's machine to a certain extent and improve immunity.(3)From the perspective of micromolecules,tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis can reduce the expression of cytokines TGF-?1 and CTGF,alleviate the formation of fibrosis,reduce tissue adhesion,promote pelvic blood circulation,accelerate the repair of damaged endometrium,and prevent the formation of adhesions,increase pregnancy rate.
