Clinical Study On Bushen Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Anticardiolipin Antibody Positive Recurrent Abortion Complicated With Subchorionic Hematoma

Objective:To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine symptom score,laboratory index,subchorionic hematoma area and pregnancy outcome of the patients before and after treatment,and to observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine prescription Bushen Huayu decoction on anticardiolipin antibody positive recurrent abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.To provide effective Chinese medicine treatment and research ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:62 patients with anticardiolipin antibody positive recurrent abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups.31 patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with low molecular weight heparin,aspirin,hydroxychloroquine sulphate and dydrogesterone.31 patients in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin,aspirin,hydroxychloroquine sulphate and dydrogesterone.The changes of clinical symptom score,anticardiolipin antibody serum level,D-dimer,thromboelastogram,estradiol,progesterone,human chorionic gonadotropin,subchorionic hematoma area and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment.The efficacy of the two treatment methods was compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,(1)the pregnancy outcome of the two groups of patients,27 cases had successful fetus,3 cases failed to prevent fetus;19cases in the control group were successful,and 11 cases failed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the two treatments had certain effects.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better.Compared with the total effective rate of the two groups of patients,the treatment group is slightly higher(P<0.05).(3)Compared with before treatment,the serum level of anti-cardiolipin antibody in 2 groups decreased,and the intra-group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,D-dimer level,thrombus elastomer Angle,MA index and subchorionic hematoma area in 2 groups all decreased,with statistical significance both within and between groups(P<0.05).The levels of K,R,estradiol,progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin in 2 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect was better in the experimental group.Conclusion:Bushenhuayu decoction can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of patients with anti-cardiolipin antibody positive recurrent abortion combined with subchorionic hematoma,improve the curative effect of TCM syndromes,improve blood coagulation state,increase the levels of hormone during pregnancy,reduce the area of hematoma,and improve the success rate of pregnancy.Bushenhuayu decoction combined with western medicine can effectively reduce the serum level of anti-cardiolipin antibody in patients.
