Effect Of Bushen Huayu Decoction Combined With Estrogen And Progesterone Sequential Therapy On Intimal Repair After TCRA In Patients With Intrauterine Adhesions

Objective:To study the effect and possible mechanism of Bushen Huayu Decoction on endometrial repair after TCRA in patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions(IUA)treated by transcervical resection of adhesions(TCRA)combined with sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone.Methods:The subjects were 60 patients with TCRA,30 of whom were treated with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy after TCRA combined with Bushen Huayu Decoction as observation group,and 30 of whom were treated with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy after TCRA as control group.The scores,signs and laboratory indexes of the syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were compared;the thickness of endometrium,volume of uterine cavity,vascularization index(VI),blood flow index(FI),vascularization blood flow index(VFI),resistance index(RI)and pulsation index(PI)of uterine artery blood flow before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The expression of TGF-beta 1 and vascular endothelial growth factor in the membrane.Results: 1.After treatment,the score of syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05);2.After treatment,the endometrial thickness,uterine cavity volume and endometrial blood flow VI,FI and VFI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);3.After treatment,the RI and PI of uterine artery blood flow in the observation group were lowerthan those in the control group,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);4.The expression of endometrial TGF-beta-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor at the second exploration was lower than that before treatment,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);there was no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group at the second exploration(P >0.05).Conclusion:Endometrial TGF-beta 1 and vascular endothelial growth factor are related to the formation of IUA.Bushen Huayu Decoction can improve the syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in IUA patients after TCRA.Bushen Huayu Decoction combined with sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone can improve the blood flow status of endometrium and uterine artery,thereby promoting the growth and repair of endometrium after TCRA.
