| Objective:Detection of kidney and blood stasis in patients with PCOS planting window phase of endometrium and endometrial normal women in the expression of MMP-9,explore kidney blood in kidney and blood stasis type PCOS patients with endometrial receptive effect.Methods:Select60patients with PCOS were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (kidney blood party plus clomiphene group)30cases, positive control group (simple taking clomiphene group)30cases; Blank control group20cases.Three groups all7-9days after ovulation take the endometrium.Ovulation and membrane winners and22cases of treatment group,the setting of group A; Positive control group20cases, setting of group B;Blank control group of16cases, setting of group C.Take membrane on the same day, endometrial thickness is measured by vaginal ultrasound radiation immune method of determination of serum estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P). Immunohistochemical detection of three groups of endometrial rabbit ldpe-g-nvp MMP-9protein expression.Result:1.Three groups of implantation period endometrial the comparison of the expression of MMP-9average optical density, group C were lower than group A and group B (P<0.05), group C was lower than group A, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).2.Three groups of implantation endometrial thickness, were lower than groupA and groupB and groupC (P>0.05,<0.05), lower than group A, group C but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);Three groups of implantation compared serum E2,there were no significant difference(P>0.05);Compared three groups of implantation period P,Bgroup were lower than groupA and groupC (P<0.05), groupC was lower than group A, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huayu Decoction (BHD) strengthen the kidney and blood stasis type PCOS implantation period endometrial the expression of MMP-9protein, clew kidney blood can improve the receptivity of endometrium and improve pregnancy rate of PCOS patients. |
