Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Recurrent Abortion With Thrombosis By Bushen Huayu Decoction

Objective: From the “prevention before disease,of which lead to disease treatment”concept,to explore Bushen Huayu Decoction Combined with low dose of Bayer Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)clinical curative effect of prethrombotic state.Methods: After 60 cases of calculation to determine the dialectical belongs to kidney deficiency and blood stasis with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)patients were randomly divided into two groups(history of treatment group and control group),30 cases in the treatment group were given Bushen Huayu Decoction and Bayer Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets 100 mg,once a day,one tablet,oral;control group 30 for example,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,Bayer 100 mg,once a day,one tablet,oral,two groups of treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.Two groups were compared before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome,platelet count,two D-dimer,anti cardiolipin antibodies and pregnancy rate after the treatment.The effect of the improvement.Results: 1 the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.43%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67.21%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05)2 after the treatment of TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared by statistical analysis,t=1.58,P=0.002<0.01,indicating that the treatment group to improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine was significantly better than the control group3 the correlation between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant4 the pregnancy success rate of the treatment group was 46.67%,and the control group was 23.33%.Conclusion: 1 Bushen Huayu Decoction Combined with low dose of Bayer Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with RSA prethrombotic state,the curative effect is superior to pure Bayer Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets.2 kidney Huayu Decoction can effectively reduce the platelet count,two D-dimer index,enhance the anti phospholipid antibody negative rate,improve the success rate of pregnancy,the specific mechanism needs to be further explored3 Study on Bushen Huayu Decoction in the treatment of RSA is safe and reliable,no obvious side effect,low incidence of adverse reactions.
