Using randomly selectedto take knee joint synovial fluid and isolated cells before the moxibustionand adopt the method of Wester blot to detect before and after treatment ofsynovial fluid cells of RANTES and MCP-1protein content, RANTES and MCP-1concentrations of expression, and do statistical analysis and processing.Result:1.A continuous treatment of four courses, the moxibustion along by meridiantendons Ashi points have a certain effect on knee osteoarthritis2.Wester blot measurement of RANTES and MCP-1protein content in synovialfluid cells before and after treatment, there are obvious differences.Conclusion:1.Moxibustion therapy for knee osteoarthritis have significant analgesiceffects. 2. After through moxibustion along by meridians tendons Ashi points in theprocess of treatment of knee osteoarthritis,RANTES and MCP-1were significantlyreduced and showed significant differences in statistics. Moxibustion on kneeosteoarthritis, RANTES and MCP-1expression have a significant downward effect,relieve joint pain and improve joint function.3. The moxibustion followed by reinforcement A Point in the Treatment of100cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis,93cases cured,5cases improved,cured two cases, the cure rate of95%, the total efficiency of98%. Promptmoxibustion through by tendon A is a significant difference for the points forthe treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
