Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Blood Stasis And Collaterals Blocking Type By Needle-knife And Pseudoginseng-cake Moxibustion At Neixiyan And Waixiyan And Heding Points

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and needle-knife combined with pseudoginseng-cake Moxibustion of internal and neixiyan and waixiyan and heding points on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of blood stasis and cold coagulation type,so as to provide new treatment ideas for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: 60 patients with koa(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)who met the criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method Cases in the observation group were treated with Acupotomy and moxibustion on the basis of pseudoginseng-cake,once a week,once a day,except the day of acupotomy,six days a week,for three weeks.The control group was given 75 mg diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,one tablet a day,after meals;glucosamine sulfate capsules,two capsules a day,three times a day,at meals,for three weeks.Observe and compare the VAS pain score and WOMAC score before and after treatment,and observe the clinical effect.Results: 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.Compared with before treatment,the VAS score of the observation group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.01).Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the observation group decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.01),indicating that the two groups can alleviate the knee joint symptoms,and the observation group is better than the control group.3.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of pain,stiffness and daily activity in the observation group decreased significantly(P < 0.01),while those in the control group decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and the scores of stiffness improved(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of pain and stiffness in the observation group decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and the score of daily activities was also better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The results show that the two groups can alleviate the knee joint symptoms,and the observation group is better than the control group.4.The total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group and 66.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Both groups have significant or better clinical effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of cold coagulation and stasis type.The clinical effect of acupuncture knife combined with internal and external knee eye points and moxibustion at heding point separated by 37 cakes in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of cold coagulation and stasis type is better than that of the oral western medicine group in improving pain,joint stiffness,daily activity and other aspects.
