Three Dimensional Point Balance Is Ridge Therapy In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Clinical Studies

Objective：The main observation of this article is the efficacy of three-dimensionalbalance regulating spinal plot for lumbar disc herniation through clinical research.It willprovide an objective basis for clinical treatment.Methods：120patients diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation were divided into threegroups at random:control group A，control group B and treatment group. control group Acombined40cases used massage,acupuncture and fire cupping therapy．control group Bcombined40cases used massage and needle knife therapy, treatment group combined40cases used three-dimensional balance regulating spinal plot and massage therapy. Threegroups of a period of treatment for all four weeks, after treatment, after3~6monthsfollow-up period. In the "improved Japanese orthopaedic learn to low back pain scorestandard (JOA score) were assessed on three groups of patients; through the calculationmethod of the score and GaiShanLv, observe and compare three groups of patients withdifferent treatment cure effect and the long-term outcome, the observations applicationsoftware SPSS13.0statistical processing.Results：After treatment, three groups of patients in the clinical efficiency remarkable，each target of three groups has distinct improvement，the obvious difference betweenbefore and after treatment(P<0.05)，Control group A and control group B have nosignificant difference(P>0.05)；There have been obvious difference between treatmentgroup and control group A，control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion：Three-dimensional balance regulating spinal plot treatment had moretherapeutic effects on lumbar disc herniation than traditional acupuncture and needle knifetreatment. Three-dimensional balance regulating spinal plot can obviously improvesymptoms, and it is worth further research and promotion．...
