Objective:To establish three-dimensional finite element model of L3 ~ 5 and analyze the influence of the mechanical distribution of the spine after LDH discectomy of the different surgical methods. Methods: To selected A 30-year-old male volunteer with no previous history of lumbar spine disease and obtain the lumbar spine CT data to construct a finite element model and verify the validity.L3 / L5 normal spine model as the model?,small fenestration operation as a model?,MED as model?,PELD as model ?,facet removal operation as model ?.Give specific loading conditions, analyze the stress distribution of the spine, intervertebral disc, and left and right joint cartilage at the L4 / L5 stage under six conditions: forward flexion, posterior extension, bilateral flexion, and bilateral rotation.Results:L3 ~ 5 three-dimensional finite element model is effective. From the equivalent stress distribution of 4-5 lumbar discs, model IV has the lowest stress concentration. From the equivalent stress distribution of the L4,model IV is larger than model III in vertical leftward tilt, the vertical rightward tilt is second only to Model V,and the others are close to Model I.From the equivalent stress distribution of the left articular cartilage of the L4,the stress distribution of models IV and III is basically close to model I.From the equivalent stress distribution of the right articular cartilage of the L4,left and right rotation activities were avoided early in models III and IV,while models III and V avoided left and right lateral movements.Judging from the displacement distribution of the L4,Prone to displacement and instability by articular processes are removed overmuch, models III and IV have better advantages in surgical models, and there is no difference between the two. Conclusion: The PELD surgical model is smaller in stress distribution of the vertebral body?intervertebral disc and articular process than other surgical models and has obvious advantages. Both MED and PELD are more stablethan other surgical models in displacement. There is no difference between the two.PELD is have the better advantage than the others.
