Observation Of The Curative Effect Of The New Medicine Bone Setting Theory In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation With Pestle Needle

ObjectiveFeng's spinal manipulation theory with Chuzhen therapy was used to the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc proplase and to evaluate the effective of short-term clinical utility.MethodsPatients with lumbar intervertebral disc proplase were analyzed retrospectively between December,2017 and January,2018 in Air Force Specialty Medical Center.Patients have full information including gender,age,weight,occupation,as well as the current disease,past medical records,symptoms,and following examination records.Among of 80 patients met the inclusion criteria and were divided into equal two groups randomly,namely control group and observation group.Normal treatment field was for control group,Feng's spinal manipulation theory for observation group.The treatment cycle is four weeks,and three times for per week.The treatment time is 10min for both of groups.VAS scale,JOA rating scale and ODI assessment were applied for rating score in week0,week2 and week4 of during course of treatment.TreatmentPatients with lumbar intervertebral disc proplase were analyzed retrospectively between December,2017 and January,2018 in Air Force Specialty Medical Center.Patients have full information including gender,age,weight,occupation,as well as the current disease,past medical records,symptoms,and following examination records.Among of 80 patients met the inclusion criteria and were divided into equal two groups randomly,namely control group and observation group.Normal treatment field was for control group,Feng's spinal manipulation theory for observation group.The treatment cycle is four weeks,and three times for per week.The treatment time is 10min for both of groups.VAS scale,JOA rating scale and ODI assessment were applied for rating score in week0,week2 and week4 of during course of treatment.ResultsVAS score mean value of(5.35±1.72)and(4.75±1.67),JOA score mean value of(14.29±4.54)and(15.05±4.73),and ODI score mean value of(26.82±7.05)and(26.54±6.40)for Observation group and control group before treatment(week0),respectively.There is no significant for the three score systems(P>0.05).For week2,VAS score mean value of(0.70±0.90)and(1.51±1.19),JOA score mean value of(22.76±4.07)and(20.29±4.21),ODI score mean value of(13.70±7.05)and(18.02±7.07).Between the two groups for each score system,significant statistics was found(P<0.05).For week4,VAS score mean value of(0.70±0.9)and(1.51±1.19),JOA score mean value of(25.79±2.68)and(24.1±2.49),ODI score mean value of(9.44±4.21)and(12.32±4.19).Comparing between the groups,significant difference was shown(P<0.05).There are better effects in week2 and week4 than weekO phase according to the three score systems.ConclusionFeng's spinal manipulation theory is considered on basis of traditional treatment mode,which increase the displacement of the vertebral spines clip ridge and incentive around of muscle.The pilot treatment mode has better clinical effective for patients with lumbar disc prolapse.
