Drainage Of The Radial Incision Hanging Float A One-time Radical Clinical Study Of Horseshoe-shaped Perianal Abscess

Objective.To observe and assess the therapeutic effect of the modus operandi with radial multi-incisions plus loose draining belt advanced or short in treating horseshoe anal abscess.Methods.The 60 cases of horseshoe anal abscess were divided into trials group and controlled group at random;30 cases in trial group received the modus operandi with radial multi-incisions plus loose draining belt,30 cases in controlled group received the modus operandi with radial multi-incisions(without draining belt).Observe the time of the operation,the volume of blood loss in operation,the postoperative pain,the retention of urine,the secondary infection,the anal dysfunction,the time of their healing and the relapse rate in the after six months.The relative results were calculated statistically with SPSS13.0 software. Statistical standard was accepted as the "α" value equal 0.05 for double tailed test.Results.The trials group surpass the controlled group in the aspects of the volume of blood loss in operation and the postoperative pain in the following 2～7 days after the first day of operation(P＜0.05)(P＜0.05),There was no difference between the two groups in the postoperative pain in the first day,the retention of urine,the secondary infection,the anal dysfunction, the aspect on the time of healing and the relapse rate in six months(P＞0.05).But in the whole,scored with weighting,the trials group surpass the controlled group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The modus operandi with radial multi-incisions plus loose draining belt could not only effectively prevent the postoperative complications,protect the anal function and give a complete cure to anal abscess that avoid the fistulas occur,but also have evident technical dominance,such as the advantage in the volume of blood loss in operation,lighter pains during postoperative treatments.In all,the modus operandi with radial multi-incisions plus loose draining belt should be a super ordinary technique in the treatments of horseshoe anal abscess.
