Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Complex Anal Fistula And Multi-space Perianal Abscess With Silk Thread Drainage

Objective:To observe the effect of floating drainage with silk thread on complex anal fistula and multi-space perianal abscess in operation and treatment.Especially,we will evaluate its efficacy and advantage.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2018,the 88 patients diagnosed with complex anal fistula and multi-space perianal abscess were selected in the Anorectal Department of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College.According to the random distribution method of SPSS statistical analysis system,44 cases were divided into observation group and 44 cases were divided into control group.The two groups were treated by operations of internal incision,thread drawing and radial multi-incision floating line drainage after acupuncture at Yaoshu acupoint.The observation group was treated by floating drainage with silk thread and the control group was treated by floating drainage with rubber strip.It should be observed about VAS scores of anal pain that were recorded on the 1^st day,the 7^th day and the 2^nd week after operation,the secretions of wound on the 1st and 7th day,the growth scores of granulation tissue on the 1st week,the 2^nd week and the 3^rd week after operation,the wound healing time,any complications in 20 days after operation,the cure rate,the recurrence rate in 6 months after operation and etc.Results:By statistic analysis,we compared the floating drainage with silk thread and the floating drainage with rubber strip.There were statistical differences in the secretions of wound,the growth scores of granulation tissue and the wound healing time?P<0.05?.There were no significant difference between the two groups in statistic about VAS scores of anal pain,cure rate,complications rate in 20 days after operation and recurrence rate in 6 months after operation?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Compared with the floating drainage with rubber strip,the floating drainage with silk thread owns a significant clinical effect in the treatment of complex anal fistula and multi-space perianal abscess.It can promote the drainage of purulent secretions,the growth of granulation tissue,maintain the drainage time,draw and drag conveniently.It can gradually reduce the number of drainage line during the dressing change.Finally,the wound healing was accelerated,the length of hospitalization was shortened,and the postoperative complications were decreased.
