| Health supervision, as an important part of public health, after more than ten years of development, is currently in a period of rapid growth. While the contradictions are gradually emerging in the developing process. The lack of health supervisors is one of the important contradictions that plagued its development. However whether there is gap in supervisory staff, or how big the gap? They have been lack of scientific research conclusions.Health supervision agencies assume a large number of public health, medical services, blood safety and other regulatory tasks, which means a large number of on-site supervision workload. In the case, the choice of the supervisory path is related to the time required to complete the task. Under the premise of selecting the optimal path, exploring the issue of whether the health supervisors aren’t enough, or how big the gap, seem to be more convincing.First, this paper tries to solve the optimal path, and uses the routine database of the District Health Supervision agencies, the Google maps and GIS technology to build the distribution maps of the key public places based on road network. Second we use the VRP module of GIS to calculate the required minimum time, which a working group selects the optimal path to complete the task once, and then estimate the minimum number of staffs and the vehicles to be completed within one year. At last we get the methodological evidences for the required minimum of resources to complete the district’s health supervisory tasks within one year. The results show that,in the current work mode, consider vehicle maintenance factor, the car usde without official and the annual leave use the GIS own VRP,at least need of4,7health supervisors to finish the work. |
