Before the study of the fairness and efficiency of the collocation of healthresources in China, the author have done several things, first uses the reaction degreecoefficient and the influence coefficient to analyze the correlation degree betweenpublic health and departments of national economy, introduce the public health'simportance to national economy, second by finding the health resources differencebetween our country and the other192countries in the world, determine the position ofour country health resources in the world, the third introduces the changes in ourcountry health resource stock since1990, the fourth uses the factor analysis to do thecomprehensive evaluation of the health resource allocation status in our country31provinces, finds out the difference among the areas, and based on the regional healthresource allocation situation, uses the factor score of factor analysis to do clusteranalysis, the31cities into5categories. When the study of the fairness and efficiency ofthe collocation of health resources in China, first by calculating the GINI coefficient toundertake preliminary analysis to the study of the allocation of health resourcespopulation fairness, then uses the Theil index to undertake deep analysis to the study ofthe allocation of health resources population fairness, uses the DEA through compilingMATLAB program to get the interactive evaluation matrix, the using the results tojudge the effective in31provinces and cities of China health resource allocation, ranksthe effective provinces allocation efficiency; After the study of the fairness andefficiency of the collocation of health resources in China, according to the analysisresults, finds out the problems in our country health resource allocation, puts forwardthe policy suggestions.
