Clinical Observation Of Needle Knife Treatment For Primary Fibromyalgia Syndrome

Purpose:The efficacy and safety of the needle knife minimally invasive surgery were observed in the clinical treatment of PFMS.To explore the advantages of non drug therapy Fuyang Gubiao Acupotomy for the treatment of this disease.Study method:According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 64 patients with PFMS,20with SPSS were randomly divided into the knife minimally invasive group and routine acupuncture group with 32 cases in each.The minimally invasive needle knife group received a minimally invasive treatment with Fuyang fixation needle knife,1 times a week for 3 weeks(1 courses of treatment).The routine acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture,1 times a day,and a total of 3 weeks(1 courses of treatment).The results were evaluated at the end of the intervention 1 weeks after the end of the intervention.Two groups of patients were compared TCM syndrome score,tenderness points,VAS,AIS and FIQ integral changes,and then evaluated the improvement of symptoms and signs such as pain and sleep disorders,and evaluated the overall efficacy.At the same time,the safety was evaluated to see if there were any adverse events.In this experiment,SPSS 20 statistical analysis software was used for data processing.All the tests were tested by bilateral test.The P value was less than 0.05,and the difference was considered statistically significant.Compared with the measurement data before and after treatment,the difference in the group was tested by paired sample t test,and the difference between the groups was tested by independent sample t test,and the count data were?~2 test.Results:(1)In the treatment of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate was 87.50%in the treatment group and 68.75%in the control group.The statistical analysis showed that the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group in improving patients'aversion to wind and cold,adverse joint flexion,anxiety or depression,morning stiffness,fever and fatigue were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).(2)In terms of the number of pain points and VAS scores,11 cases were shown in the treatment group,18 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was90.63%.In the control group,1 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective and 7cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 78.13%.The statistical analysis showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.01).(3)In the AIS score,9 cases were shown in the treatment group,19 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 87.50%.In the control group,2 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective and 9 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 68.75%.The statistical analysis showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)In terms of FIQ integration,the treatment group was markedly effective in 13 cases,effective in 17 cases,invalid in 2 cases,and the total effective rate was 93.75%.In the control group,1 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 75%.The statistical analysis showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.01).To conclusions:Fuyang Gubiao knife minimally invasive method and conventional acupuncture can be effective for the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome,but the Fuyang Gubiao knife minimally invasive method could significantly improve the PFMS patients'pain,sleep disorders and other symptoms,improve their quality of life,can be used as an effective treatment of this disease is a kind of non drug therapy.
