Objective:This subject aims to frame a scientific, reasonable, canonical suggested design for clinical unified technology handling standard for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion (LIDP). After that, we preliminary screening the collected literature and formulate Inclusion and exclusion criteria, finally, extract the clinical therapeutic research literature. Strictly follow the principles and methods of evidence-based medicine, and choose the compiling principle of evidence-based guidelines as methodology guidance, according to division standard of evidence-based level of evidence compiled by Standard of AHCPR (American Health Care and Policy Research Department,1992) and Standard of SIGN (Scotish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network), and consult proposal about traditional Chinese medicine evidence classification of professor Liu Jianping, to evaluate the level of evidence of the collected literature, include high level evidence, extract specific contents about acupuntomy clinical practice, making evidence tables, formulate references.
