Objective Clinical study on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with acupuncture at the waist and Jiaji point combined with Western Medicine.Methods The patients in this study were from the patients in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Department of orthopedics,Taizhou Department of orthopedics,Zhejiang Province,August 1,2017-2018 January 30th.A total of 90 LDP patients who met the research were collected and randomly divided into routine acupuncture group(control group 1),western medicine group(control group 2),acupuncture plus Western medicine group(treatment group),30 cases in each group.The 1 groups were treated with simple acupuncture and Jiaji points.The 2 groups were treated with Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets orally.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture Jiaji acupoint and Western medicine.After 1 months,the VAS score,JOA score and clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine were given to the three groups.Results ?The VAS score of the three groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement in the treatment group was more obvious.The VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 and the control 2 group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);?The JOA score of the three groups increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The JOA score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group 1 and the control 2 group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);?After three groups of treatment,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine was compared,the treatment group was the most obvious;the 1 groups and the control group 2 groups were close to the curative effect,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions This topic will combine acupuncture plus Western medicine orally to treat LDP,and compare the clinical efficacy with acupuncture alone,Jiaji point and oral medicine alone,and compare the VAS score,JOA score and curative effect of TCM from LDP patients.The results show that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of LDP can obviously reduce the symptoms of pain and improve the state of functional activity.During the treatment period,the safety was high.Before and after treatment,the three routine examinations,liver and kidney function tests were all normal,and no obvious side effects were observed.It indicates that acupuncture at Jiaji point combined with oral western medicine can dispel wind,dissipate cold and remove dampness,activate blood circulation and Dissipate Stasis,relieve swelling,warm meridians,dredge collaterals and relieve pain,so as to play a role in coordinating Qi and blood,dredging collaterals and relieving pain.This clinical study shows that the two methods are combined with each other,and the therapeutic effect is safe and reliable.
