In an era of information explosion, information volume directly to influence decision making and control ability, along with the market economy gradually improved and the rapid development of science and technology, our environment is full of too many uncertainties, the risk also can be seen everywhere, especially in the long construction period, large investment, complicated construction, numerous participants in the project, risk not only affects the interests of all parties concerned but also the relationship between the development of the country. At the conclusion of the previous project management experience and analysis of engineering accident of derived on the basis of an important conclusion:project risk management will lead to the rapid development of Engineering management.In the analysis of project risks and the importance of project risk management, mainly from the identification, assessment, control, decision-making to analyze several aspects. Through the past engineering risk assessment methods contrast highlight information entropy, this paper also from foreign engineering risk and development angle to expose our engineering risk increase in space, understand the current situation and difference.Now in a large environment under the development of project risk management, should be with the risk factors change and flexible motion, with the environmental complexity and social instability factors increase risk factor, is also facing the huge change, I am from multiple targets angle analysis in engineering risk management application method, in particular information entropy is proposed, it can solve the problems of multiple targets. On the other hand is aimed at the present risk management from the angle of control puts forward the dynamic risk control, from static to dynamic, from qualitative to quantitative, from single to multiple target these changes are based on the development of the times emerge as the times require. Also we should learn and imitate.This paper introduces the engineering risk in today’s society construction areas of importance, information entropy risk assessment method applied to multi target risk evaluation, optimization of engineering risk management means, the forecasting and control of risks from qualitative and the quantitative two aspects to explain, from a quantitative point of view, introduces in detail the multiple target under the control of the risk of scheme selection, hope this opportunity to promote the use of information entropy, increase pair of project risks.
