Yulin is a big city of energy development and utilization in our country,which is lcated middle latitude of complex climate.where there is a coal-dominant energy consumption structure for a long time,it leads to further intensifies environmental crisis and influence of climate changes.With global warming,the frequent occurrence of severe weather phenomenon,whether the energy consumption structure of Yulin city strengthen this changes or not, that is the main focus of people.The climate change inordinately affects every aspect of human life,and energy consumption is the most direct and main influence way of the human activity on climate change. So it is a important significance to research the fitness of energy consumption structure for climate change climate in Yulin city.First,energy consumption structure of climate change adaptation degree evaluation at the background of characteristic in climate change.The part uses the data of yearly average temperature and precipitation at12meterological sites in Yulin city.Using Excel,DPS and Matlab data processing system to analysis the meteorological data in time series,linear regression analysis, mutation detection analysis and matlab wavelet cycle analysis. Visual display characteristics of temperature and precipitation in Yulin city in recent50years.Secondly,on the basis of energy consumption data in Yulin city,determining the evaluation factors and the establishment of climate change adaptation degree evaluation index system,according to the index system,selecting AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation factor.The evaluation method of fuzzy Mathematics to evaluate the fitness of energy consumption structure for climate change in Yulin city,with the trend of climate change in Yulin city as background,and made the comprehensive evaluation for it.Finally,based on the results of fitness,and proposed targeted and adaptation control countermeasures.The main contents include the following four parts:The first part,research progress on adaptation to climate change and present situation of study on the relationship between energy consumption structure and climate change.Reviewed the summary of climate change at home and abroad and research direction and content,as well as the energy consumption structure and the relationship between climate change research,depth analysis of the inner link of the structure of energy and climate change,it provided reference for study of energy consumption structure of Yulin city climate change adaptation.The scend part,analysis of the characteristics of climate change in recent50years in Yulin city.With nearly50years of precipitation and temperature data,through a variety of data processing software to analysis and conclusion the characteristics of temperature and precipitation in recent50years in Yulin city.The third part,evaluation fitness of energy consumption structure for climate change in Yulin city.Based on actual energy consumption data in Yulin city,Building the energy consumption structure of climate change adaptation degree evaluation index system,determining the evaluation method.Through the AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight and the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,put the combination quantitative and qualitative to analysis the fitness of energy consumption for climate change.Ultimately come to the fitness evaluation results of energy consumption structure for climate change.The fourth part,optimization the energy structure of Yulin city to improve the degree of adaptation to climate change. Specific measures proposed to change the structure of energy consumption in order to improve the degree of adaptation to climate change,on the basis of analysis in Yulin ten typical structures of energy consumption characteristics.The main conclusions are:1. Climate characteristics mainly were the rapid temperature rise,and precipitation decreases,and the heating rate is higher than the antional rate of temperature rise,climate warming and drying trend evidently.2.The structure of energy consumption to climate change and adaptation of the weak, not to adapt to climate change in the last ten years in Yulin city.3. Through vigorously developing the potential of the tourism industry and has a good foundation of wool apparel industry in Yulin city to adjust industrial structure, optimize the structure of energy consumption.4. The use of new clean energy to replace the use of coal, mainly includes the rich reserves of solar energy, wind energy and so on.In this paper,the fitness research on the energy consumption structure for climate change in Yulin city.Put forward specific measures for changing the existing structure of energy consumption to improve adaptation to climate change,which can reduce the social and economic losses caused by climate change.It could enhance the credibility of the conclusions,that put combinated qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.For research on climate change and energy consumption structure of research,provides practical reference.
