The railway construction in cities of our country has entered into a peak of construction gradually, Major cities continued to take city rail construction into the modern transportation network, its function is increasingly remarkable. However, urban rail transit project is a high-risk systems engineering There are great uncertainties in the process of building, suffered large-scale construction and operation of the potential threat of geological disasters, causing economic losses, enormous social impact. From the view of social security and economic development, the situation of current urban rail projects sudden environmental disasters, disaster prevention and reduction situation is still grim.This paper based on the Nanjing metro, Hangzhou metro engineering examples of geological hazard forecast and risk assessment analysis. Through the BP neural network algorithm for reference, abrupt geological hazard forecast and actual data, through comparing, full validation of BP neural network in the prediction of geological disaster in feasibility. In view of the Hangzhou Metro Line lengineering geological environment, natural environment and other factors are studied, through risk index assessment method of ZhaNongKou~The east train station interval for hazard evaluation, it is concluded that the interval of geologic disaster grade.In the spirit of’giving priority to prevention, combining prevention with control’principle, According to city track engineering characteristics, in accordance with the construction planning, design, construction and operation of four phase to conduct a comprehensive discussion and analysis, put forward reasonable suggestions and measures. To set up a comprehensive emergency and disaster assessment system, each link closely, and gradually establish and perfect the geological disaster prevention and emergency rescue system.
