| The teaching Chinese as a foreign language textbook is the basis for teachers to carry out teaching and for the students to learn knowledge, which plays an important role in every stage of the teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Nowadays most learners’Chinese level are still at primary stage and reach a plateau. On the contradiction between learners who want to improve their spoken Chinese urgently and the hysteresis of research on intermediate oral Chinese teaching materials, the synthetical study on intermediate oral Chinese teaching materials in the field of teaching Chinese as a second language seems specially important.On the basis of research of literatures which relate the teaching Chinese as a foreign language,the author choose two textbooks which are the development of Chinese-Intermediate spoken Chinese and learning Chinese step by step-Intermediate spoken Chinese to compare and analysis.The two textbooks are new intermediate spoken Chinese textbooks which were published in recent ten years.They are suited to learners with basis Chinese knowledge whose native language are not Chinese.This paper is composed of four parts.The first part elaborated the present situation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the reasons of choosing the topic and the research methods.The second part compared and analysised the common points and differences between the two textbooks from principles and structures of compilation, textbook, vacabulary, grammar and practice.The third part summary the features and shortcommings between the two textbooks. The fourth part are suggestions for the compilations of textbook. The compilation of intermediate spoken Chinese textbook should base on the learners’need and reinforce the pertinence of textbook, and emphasize the practical application of the textbook from the practicality viewpoint, and reinforce the interestedness of textbook by taking the both sides of textbook as the guidance,and grasp the systernatization of textbook by distributing the teachers and students’textbooks. |
