The Preliminary Study Of Choice Point With Paste Chinese Medicine In Remission Of Asthma In Children

Objective:Compared and observing with the efficicy of acupuncture point group drawn up by experts and contained in ancient books towards the treatment of the remission stage of children’s asthma, designing for developing a set of preliminary specifications of acupuncture point which has superior efficacy for treatment of the remission stage of children’s asthma to achieve the purpose of better asthma control and prevention and a better promotion for this traditional Chinese medicine therapies.Methods:80 cases of children’s in remission stage of children’s asthma were randomly divided into treatment group of acupuncture point group operated by experts and the control group according to treatments contained in ancient books, they were implemented acupoint external application with traditional Chinese medicine at the summer dog-days. The main clinical effects of the two groups, the improvement of the main symptom and the second symptom of Chinese medicine before and after treatment were observed in the research.Results:After application of acupoint external application with Chinese medicine treatment for a course of six months during dog-days of summer, asthma attack frequency, attack of the degree of breathing space, the number of normal flu and the degree of nasal runny nose of treatment group and control group, and the secondary symptoms:sweating, exhaustionlazy, enervation have significantly improved (P<0.05); the difference of two groups compared before treatment has no statistical significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the expert group determined that the clinical efficacy rate of preventing and treating children’s asthma of acupuncture point group’s was 77.5%, which was significantly better than the clinical efficacy rate of 57.5% (P<0.05) of acupuncture point group’s contained in the ancient books. And the improvement of main symptoms of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05), but the difference of the improvement of secondary symptoms of the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:the efficacy of treatment of preventing and controlling children’s asthma of acupuncture point group drawn up by experts was significantly, and which was better than the acupuncture point group contained in ancient books and worthy applying.
