The Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Point Application Combined With Creaming Agent In Treating The Remission Stag Of Children Asthma

Research Objective:Asthma is a common lung diseases in children during the recurrent, persistent refractory characteristics, great harm to the health of children, children with active treatment to mitigate and reduce asthma attacks in asthma remission the key to the treatment of asthma in children. Number of asthma attacks in children before and after treatment onset wheezing sound, the attack of wheezing, colds, nasal congestion, nasalitching and pale, sweating, shortness of breath and stool, Tongue and other indicators of change, an objective assessment of acupoint applicator combined with cream party in the oral treatment of children with asthma remission of clinical efficacy.Research Method:In the study,60children patients that all accorded the diagnosis standard of the Remission stag of asthma were randomly divided into two groups, the research group was40patients and the controlled group was20patients. The two groups in age, sex, weight and disease aspect was no significant difference (P>0.05), and had comparability. The treatment group was treated by point application of Chinese Medicine combined with creaming agent. Meanwhile, the controlled group was treated by creaming agent only. Two groups were both treated by one-period and took three-month observation period. Then at the end, to compare the improvement in symptoms and signs scores of two groups before and after treatment and the scores between two groups after treatment.Results:1. Improvement of main symptoms and signs after treatment:The treatment group had the obviously advantage over the controlled group in wheezing rale severity of asthma and the frequency of respiratory infections, the differences between the two groups were statistical significance(P<0.01);and had the advantage in pursiness severity of asthma,the differences between the two groups were statistical significanc(P<0.05). But in nasal obstruction and rhinocnesmus the therapeutic effect between the two groups was similar (P>0.05).2. Improvement of the secondary symptoms after treatment:the treatment group was similar with the controlled group (P>0.05).3. Improvement of clinical syndromes:the numbers of the cases that cured, markedly effective, improved and ineffective cases in the treatment group were8、16、14、2. Those in the controlled group were2、4、10、4.The rate of cured and effective of the treatment group was20.0%,95.0%; and the controlled group was10.0%,80.0%, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to the controlled group.4. In the treatment and follow-up there were no side effects happened in each group.Conclusion:Therefore, we considered that the method of point application of Chinese Medicine combined with creaming agent for oral use and creaming agent for oral use only in treating the remission stag of children asthma was effective. And the treatment group was better than the controlled group, it is safety and worth clinical promotion.
