The Clinical Observation On Thetherapeutic Effect Of Point Application Combined With Nourishing Kidney And Strengthening Spleen In Treating The Remission Stag Of Children Asthma

Research Purposes:Asthma is a common childhood pulmonary system diseases, It threat to the health of children. The clinical study is to evaluate the therapeutic effect in treating the Remission stag of children asthma by primary symptoms score and symptoms score.Research Method:In the study120patients that all accorded the diagnosis standard of the Remission stag of children asthma were randomly divided into two groups, each group of60patients. The two groups in age, sex, disease aspect was no significant difference (P>0.05), and had comparability. The treatment group was treated by point application combined with nourishing kidney, strengthening spleen. Meanwhile, the controlled group received inhaled general Pulmicort Turbuhaler treatment. Two groups were both six-month observation period.After the end of treatment, two groups were compared on primary symptoms, symptom score and TCM Syndromes of total points to improve the situation,the evaluation of two different treatment regiments in treatment of children with asthma in remission stage of clinical curative effect.Results:A total of fall off in17cases,9cases in treatment group,8cases in the control group, excluding shedding cases, completed study involving a total of103cases,51cases in treatment group,52cases in the control group. The statistical results are as follows:1. The main symptom improvement, the treatment group in the number of infections, improve respiratory asthma attacks, asthma time of onset and severity, was better than the control group(P<0.05).2. The two groups after treatment were improved in the secondary symptoms, the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).3. The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment in the main symptom improvement was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. For disease treatment (control, markedly effective, effective, ineffective) evaluation, several cases of the treatment group and the control group were7,31,12,1and2,14,33,3, the effective rate of treatment group was98.04%, the control group was94.23%, the treatment group was superior to the controlled group(P<0.05)5. In the treatment and follow-up without side effects. Conclusion:Therefore, we considered that the method of point application combined with nourishing kidney, enforcing spleen in treating the Remission stag of children asthma was effective.It is safe for clinical use.
