The Clinical Observation On Thetherapeutic Effect Of Oral Traditional Chinese Medicine And Point Application In Treating The Remission Stag Of Children Asthma

Research Purposes:Asthma is a common childhood pulmonary system disease. It is causing great harm to the health of children. This paper is to observed the clinical effect of oral traditional medicine and Acupoint Application in treating children athma,which by observing the changes on asthma attacks, seizures, seizure duration, frequency of respiratory infection, nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and face, appetite, spirit, Yaoxisuanruan, stool, tongue.Research methods:We choose90children in remission stage of spleen kidney two empty,which all accocored the diagnosis standard,and divided into treatment group and control group with45cases in each group randomly. Ther were not significantly difference in age, gender and disease, between the two groups before they were choosed.(P>0.05), It is comparable.The therapeutic group was treated with tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen combined with Acupoint Application of Chinese herbal medicine treatment, the control group received inhaled general Mick Turbuhaler treatment. Two groups were treated for3months, followed up for3months. After the end of treatment, two groups were compared on primary symptoms, symptom score and TCM Syndromes of total points to improve the situation, the evaluation of two different treatment regimens in treatment of children with asthma in remission stage of clinical curative effect.Results:There were9losses,5cases in the treatment group and4cases in the control group, after eliminating the shedding cases,81cases were completed.,including40cases in the treatment group,41cases in the control group. The statistical results as follows:1. Improvement of main symptoms,The treatment group had the advantage over the controlled group in the duration time of asthma and the frequency of respiratory infections, the differences between the two groups were statistical significance(P<0.05). But in the occurrence frequency of asthma and the degree of asthma, the therapeutic effect between the two groups was similar (P>0.05).2. In improvement of the secondary symptoms, the treatment group was better than the controlled group (P<0.05).3. Improvement of TCM syndrome, the numbers of the cases that cured, markedly effective, improved and ineffective cases in the treatment group were7、28、5、0. Those in the controlled group were2、10、27、2.The rate of cured and markedly effective of the treatment group was87.5%and the controlled group was29.26%, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to the controlled group.4. In the treatment and follow-up without side effects. Conclusion:the kidney and strengthening the spleen method combined with Acupoint Application of Chinese herbs in the treatment of remission of asthma in children clinical curative effect, the improvement in long-term clinical syndromes have advantages, and is safe for clinical use.
