Objective:Commonly observed three acupuncture efficacy for the treatment ofprimary dysmenorrhea, screening out the optimal solution.Methods:80patients diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly dividedinto body acupuncture group20cases, wrist ankle needle group20cases, auricularacupressure group20cases and the control group20cases. The first three groups wereabout5days before menstruation to begin treatment, day1to day menstrual cramps stoppin. The control group were treated with oral anti-inflammatory pain, dysmenorrhea attackat daily doses of2times, morning and evening, every time one (25mg). Three menstrualcycles after the continuous observation of comparative clinical efficacy of four groupsbefore and after treatment, symptoms of dysmenorrhea points, TCM symptom score, thetotal efficiency.Results:1.Clinical AnalysisThree months after the treatment period, the body acupuncture group markedlyeffective rate was80%, the overall response rate was95%; wrist ankle needle groupmarkedly effective rate was60%, the overall response rate was85%, markedly effectiverate of auricular acupressure group60%, the overall response rate was90%, markedlyeffective rate was45%of the control group, the overall response rate was70%. Amongthem, the comparison between two groups after the analysis shows that the bodyacupuncture group than the other three groups.2.Symptom scores before and after treatment of dysmenorrheaFour groups before and after symptom scores dysmenorrhea, dysmenorrhea symptomscore before treatment was no significant difference between comparable. After treatment, the comparative analysis between two groups can be seen that the efficacy of acupuncturegroup than in the other groups, has obvious advantages.3.TCM symptom scores before and after treatment of dysmenorrhea analysisFour TCM symptom score before treatment was no significant difference betweencomparable. After treatment, the comparative analysis between two groups can be seen that the efficacy of acupuncture group than in the other groups, has obvious advantages.4. Analysis of visual analogue scale before and after treatmentFour visual analog score before treatment was no significant difference betweencomparable. After treatment, the comparative analysis between two groups can be seen thatthe efficacy of acupuncture group than in the other groups, has obvious advantages.5body acupuncture group, the relationship between efficacy and evidence-basedanalysis:Alpine stagnation markedly effective rate was87.5%, the total efficiency of100%;blood stasis type markedly effective rate was77.8%, the total efficiency of88.9%; lack ofblood type markedly effective rate was66.7%, the total efficiency of100%, threesyndromes efficacy, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); threesyndromes efficacy pairwise comparisons showed no significant difference (P>0.05),described three syndromes was no significant difference between the treatment.6treatment group analysis of the relationship with the diseaseMild dysmenorrhea markedly effective rate was75%, the total efficiency of100%;moderate dysmenorrhea markedly effective rate of85.7%,88.9%; severe dysmenorrheamarkedly effective rate of50%, the total efficiency50%. Three disease treatment, thedifference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);Three pairwise comparisons diseasetreatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), described threeconditions no significant difference in efficacy between.7treatment group and analyzed the relationship between age at menarcheAge at menarche≤13years of age markedly effective rate was81.8%, the totalefficiency of100%; menarche, age>13years markedly effective rate was77.8%, the totalefficiency of88.9%, two menarche age effect, the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05), two menarche age groups was not significantly different.8treatment group analysis of the relationship with the courseDuration <5years markedly effective rate of100%, the total efficiency of100%;markedly effective duration of5to10years,80%, total effective rate was93.3%; diseaseduration>10years markedly effective rate was66.7%, the total efficiency of100%. Threecourse treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), three course nosignificant difference in efficacy. Conclusion: The four groups`treatment of primary dysmenorrhea have significantclinical efficacy.what is more,it can lay a positive regulatory role in the overall, better than theother two groups.
