| Objective: With the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria indicates that wrist-ankle acupuncture the clinical curative effect of research.Methods: 60 patients with chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases of each. YuPing Scattered in treatment group and GuiZhi Decoction flavour with indicates that wrist-ankle acupuncture cures 4 weeks. The control group oral HuanShiPian 10mg/times perday, and repeat 4 weeks.Results: (1) The total effective rate of treatment group is 80.0%, control group total effectiveness is 53.3%, two group total effectiveness is significant differences. (2)Treatment 3 months follow-up, 15 cases in treatment group 2 patients recovered, the recurrence rate is 13.33 %, in 6 patients recovered 3 cases relapse, the recurrence rate is 50.0%, two groups of recurrence is significant difference. (3)In treatment group 31.50 for recurrence interval 4.95 days, compared to 17.33±3.21 days, recurrence interval in treatment group than in control group significantly. (4) Treatment group adverse reaction rate of 3.3 percent, compared to 26.7%, there was significant difference.Conclusion: With indicates that wrist-ankle acupuncture treatment of TCM chronic urticaria clinical effect is good, specially in the total effective rate and the recurrence rate, prolong recurrence time than control group.
