Objective:Clinical curative effect of using randomized evaluation method o f ear acupuncture and auricular pressing method in the treatment of primary dy smenorrhea, and to observe the effect of prostaglandin PGF2? and PGE2,provide an objective basis for.Method:With the test of 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into ear needle group and ear pressure group,30 cases in each group;two were from menstruation 5 days before treatment, every other day for 1 times, each course of treatment for 4 times, one menstrual cycle is a course of treatment,a total o f 3 cycles of treatment;follow up of 3 months after the end of treatment. The pain symptom score, visual analogue scale VAS score, self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and prostaglandin PGF2? and PGE2 in two groups were observed before treatment, after each course and at the follow-up period.Result:In 60 cases of data(ear needle group of 30 cases,30 cases of ear pressure group)analysis.1.Baseline comparison:Baseline data were compared be tween the two groups(age?course of disease?degree of dysmenorrhea)?pain symptom score,VAS scale?Self-rating anxiety scale and prostaglandin PGF2??PGE2,there were no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison in the group:Compared with those before treatment, there was a statistically significant diffe rence in pain symptom score,VAS score,self-rating anxiety scale, prostaglandin P GF2? and PGE2 between the two groups(P<0.05/P<0.01/P<0.001).3.Comparison b etween the two groups:(1)Symptom score:After the first course of treatment, the e ar needle group and ear pressure group was statistically significant(P<0.01),the difference was significant;the second and third courses after treatment were s tatistically significant(P<0.05);the follow-up period was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference was significant.(2)VAS score:The ear needle group an d ear pressure group after the first course of treatment was statistically signific ant(P<0.01),the difference was significant;the second course of treatment after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the third course of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the follow-up period was statistically signif icant(P<0.05).(3)Self-rating Anxiety Scale:The ear needle group and auricular ea ch treatment group after treatment and follow-up period were no statistically si gnificant(P>0.05).(4)Prostaglandin PGF2a and PGE2:The ear needle group and e ar pressure group were statistically significant after the treatment(P<0.05).4.The clinical efficacy comparison:The first menstrual cycle and the follow-up perio d between the ear needle group and ear pressure group were statistically signifi cant(P<0.01),the difference was significant;the second menstrual cycles the im mediate effects were statistically significant(P<0.05);the third menstrual cycles with immediate effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Ear needle group and ear pressure group in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea have certain curative effect;the two groups can improve the symptom of pain and anxiety;at the same time to reduce the prostaglandin PGF2? level, increased the PGE2 level.2.The ear needle group is better than the ear pressure group in improvement of pain, immediate analgesic effect and the long-term efficacy of therapeutic advantage.
